The company has a large talent pool to support its research, and world class infrastructure consisting of 20,000 sq ft of laboratory space for molecular biology, tissue culture and transformation and entomology. It has 24,000 sq ft of transgenic containment greenhouse and a well established bioinformatics laboratory. Metahelix has state-of-the-art processing and packaging plant in Hyderabad. Metahelix - An Indian multinational
Metahelix has entered into Joint Venture with a local partner to set up its operations in Indonesia under the company name PT Metahelix Lifesciences Indonesia. Metahelix had been so far exporting rice and maize hybrid seeds to Indonesia under the Dhaanya brand. Besides, Metahelix is testing its rice and maize hybrids in Vietnam, Philipines, Thailand, Myanmar, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal.
